The proof is in the pudding, and this particular pudding proved nothing positive. My burger was more or less without flavor. It was served with a heaping pile of undercooked, room temperature fries, an inadequate bun, and toppings that were clearly an afterthought to the burger process. The ideas behind the burgers at Bubba’s are not bad; the menu presents creative options featuring sauces, spices, and garnishes, everything is served made to order, and the french-fries are prepared as medley of sweet and savory, but the execution is severely lacking. My burger was over cooked, my bun fell apart as I was eating it, and I left this dinner dissatisfied.
Sorry to report, I do not intend to return to this suburban catastrophe. |
