Five Guys Burgers and Fries

My quest for the best burger in the City of Pittsburgh took me to Five Guys Burgers and Fries…

5 Guys Burger

Five Guys is one of the best fast food burgers you can find. It’s a bit greasy, but god damn it is delicious. It is served in tin foil, with an abundance of napkins; you will need all of them. One of the things I really like about Five Guys is the ease of customization of your burger. For no extra cost, you can pick any and all of the fixings that you like. Mayo, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Onions, Jalapeno Peppers, Green Peppers, Steak Sauce, Bar-B-Q Sauce, and/or Hot Sauce. You can go with some, all or none, depending on how you like it.

I ordered my burger “All the Way” which comes equipped with: Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard and Green Peppers. In addition, I asked them to add the jalapeno’s, which is of course my favorite topping. The burger was delicious, and filling. The fries on the side were obviously fresh, and also tasted great. This burger’s score suffered because of the greasy, low quality, poorly textured cheap beef. But this is a fast food joint, and that is to be expected. Next time I am hungry for a quick and dirty, I will stop by and order from Five Guy’s Burgers and Fries.
